THANK YOU for posting this! I’ve been trying to drill this into my head all week. I’m recovering from surgery and getting back into working out has been challenging. Mentally because I want to do more. Physically because I have to start slow because my body is still healing and if I push too much I feel it.
But I can walk and that’s what Ive done this week! Saving this vlog for future motivations!
