Dear Body;
I would just like to take this opportunity to give you a heart filled thank you for all the hard work you have done for me these past 4 months. I’ll admit when I first asked you to embark on this journey, I didn’t think you had it in you. I’ll be the first to admit, you have more determination than I could have imagined.
-
I asked you to take the stairs, you did.
-
I asked you to move, you did.
-
I asked you to eat less, you did.
-
I asked you to sweat, you did.
-
I asked you to run, you did.
-
I asked you to join a gym, you did.
-
I asked you to get up at 5am to get to that gym, you did.
-
I asked you love yourself enough to take control, you did.
-
I asked you to love yourself, you do.
So today Body, I present to you the OWiS #16…you should be proud, cause me and Optimus Prime are more proud of you today than you can imagine!

37.9….
Soooooo close!
Hey there! Followed the link from Bella on the Beach onto here, and must say you are kicking some serious ass! Your confidence to post belly shots (lookin’ fab may I say) and to go to the gym and really work hard is so inspiring. I think I’ll be stuck exercising in the living room in my pyjamas for a long time yet (still in the balance, what’s that? phase), so will keep coming back to see your progress in a real life gym!
I don’t know if you’re going to come back and read this but I felt the same way before I started posting pictures and going to the gym. I had to get real serious about this weight loss and for me that meant putting it all out there for the world to see. The great thing is that I will never be 263 again so it’s much easier to do now.
From all the comments here, it’s clear to see that your determination and no excuses attitude is giving people the boost they need to keep going. It’s such a wonderful side effect of your hard work. So thank you so much for sharing your journey 🙂
Thank you for sharing it with me as well!
You should DEFINITELY be proud. Wow. Progress galore!
Thanks and super double thanks for adding me to your blogroll!!!

I’m proud of you. Keep on going!
Thanks Jess…I may have other bad guys for you to beat up!
