Awesome! Look at your consistency. Seriously. Look at your downward trend. That’s amazing. It means your dedication and hard work is paying off and that’s something to be proud of. You have moments where you want to give up, moments where you’re frustrated, but you keep pushing forward, and the results show.
Keep it up, Tara 🙂 Keep it up.
some days I feel like I’m being propelled into a brick wall at 50 mph lol. But I just lower my head, wait for the impact and then move on. Thanks Jess for all your encouragement, it really helps!
Um, please. You get propelled into a brick wall and 50mph and you PLOW RIGHT THROUGH IT. You know why? Because that’s what Optimus Prime would do.
Thought you’d like that one 🙂
RAWR! You are sooooo right!
Hi – you’re incredible. That’s some seriously awesome consistency you have going there on the scale. Hello to 40lbs less! How’s your no-gym weekend going?
I’m going to do a post about my no-gym weekend later today but it’s going pretty awesome. Ran a personal best distance of 5.5 miles (but I’m going to minus a mile for walking in between) today and that is just about making me pee my pants since I couldn’t get past 1.5 miles on the treadmill!
I just replied to your comment on my blog (thanks for the words of wisdom and support there). I wanted to add that I think there’s a huge difference in the treadmill (or dreadmill) running and the outdoor running. Although, ironically this week it was 5 minutes of running on the treadmill as part of a bootcamp warm up that solidified my decision to want to get back at my running routine. I just seriously can’t imagine running 1.5 miles, let alone 5.5 on the treadmill, I can however imagine getting there with the running outside…you will be my inspiration yet again! Congrats again on the new PB! You’re almost 10K my friend…
WOOOOHOOOOOO!!! congrats on losing 40 lbs- that’s so awesome! It’s such a good feeling when you get on the scale and the numbers just keep going down. I’ve had trouble making it to the 200 pounds mark but Im confident I’ll reach it soon. Keep on kicking ass.
Thanks Miss Molly, you keep on kicking ass too!
Wow!! Congrats on the crossing the 40-lb mark! That is awesome!
