60 pounds is awesome, as is running 5 miles! I’m stuck at that 5K mark myself. I’m impressed that you’ve pushed past it.
Great job on the 60 Pound mark and the 6 month mark! Isn’t it weird to think that if you were still playing wow, or living an unhealthy lifestyle that these six months would have still gone by and June 26, 2010 would have been WAY different than it is now! I’m happy for you! great job!

You never cease to amaze me. Honestly! You roll with the punches life throws better than just about anyone I know. I know it wasn’t a mentally easy week, but you dominated on the physical side!
This is terrific! I am hoping and dreaming I can lose 50 lbs in 6 months and this is great inspiration for me.
